Your Laguiole knife is made by the artisanal Laguiole en Aubrac factory.
This Carbon fiber knife is sober and elegant, it is enhanced by the blade and the shiny stainless steel bolsters.
The spring is forged and guilloché along its length. The bee is finely chiselled with a file by the cutler.

Carbon fiber is a modern material, light while being very resistant.
Although this Laguiole Carbon knife is elegant, it is also very suitable for outdoor activities because it is not afraid of humidity compared to horn or wood.

Be careful, however, not to immerse your Laguiole knife so as not to alter the other parts that make it up.
