Bure butter knife, Buffalo handle, Forge de Laguiole
Flared at its base like the trunk of a tree, with a base formed by a circular stainless steel support, this knife, both simple and singular, achieves the prodigy of delivering a modern interpretation of traditional materials.
This model won the “Gourmet Prize” at the IWA show in Nuremberg (Germany) in 2008.

Designed by Stéphane RAMBAUD, its particularity is to stand on the table thanks to its flat base.
