Following his death, the cutlery was bought by Christian Valat, <strong>owner of Laguiole in Aubrac <\/strong>in 2018. \n<strong>The Sauveterre folding knife<\/strong> takes the shape of the straight Laguiole, it is thin, elegant, refined and has a very efficient blade for use during meals.\n<strong>The Sauveterre folding knife<\/strong> is available in different formats, table or pocket.\nWe notice the very good quality of assembly with a <strong>smooth spring<\/strong> perfectly grazing between the plates, which gives it a possible <strong>3D customization on the spring.<\/strong>\nThe fly is forged and in the shape of a sage leaf (emblem of the village of Sauveterre de Rouergue).\nThe cutlers of Sauveterre also produce other regional knives, such as Camembert, which is only produced in Sauveterre!!","link":"https:\/\/laguiole.com\/en\/category\/folding-knives\/sauveterre-2\/","name":"Sauveterre Folding Knives","slug":"sauveterre-2","taxonomy":"product_cat","parent":156,"meta":[],"menu_order":0,"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.3 -
