Warranty

Article 7 – Warranties Without prejudice to the aforementioned right of withdrawal, the Buyer benefits from the legal warranty for hidden defects on the Products as provided for in article 1641 of the French Civil Code.

The Buyer must bring an action under the warranty for latent defects as soon as possible, and within a maximum of two (2) years, from the date of discovery.

In addition, the Buyer also benefits from the legal warranty of conformity on the Products, for a period of two (2) years from delivery of the goods (articles L211-4 and L211-12 of the French Consumer Code).

Claims for hidden defects or non-conformity must be made by e-mail to richard@laguiole.com, specifying the Order number concerned, the designation of the Product concerned and a description of the problem.

A confirmation acknowledging receipt of the claim and indicating the procedure to be followed will be sent by e-mail to the Buyer. No Product may be returned without the Vendor’s prior agreement.

Return postage costs are at the Buyer’s expense.
