Designed by Christian Ghion, this table knife marks a completion point in the synthesis between a resolutely modern approach and the enhancement of the established codes of the Nontron knife.
The boxwood handle, traditional Nontron wood and pyrographed with the emblematic symbol of the three-point vault, this flat-shaped handle contrasts with the more classic handles of other models.
Radically perforating the end in a circular fashion, then crimping its design with a metal ring, Christian Ghion offers a reinterpretation of the “oldest knife in France” that is both contemporary and imbued with lightness.
