The blade, the spring, the massive shiny brass bolsters and the nails are made at the Laguiole en Aubrac forge.

Cow horn is a natural animal material composed mainly of keratin.
It is highly prized for cutlery handles for its transparency and natural beauty.
The color and texture of the horn is unique. The shades can range from a very light beige, almost translucent, to black.
Sometimes the handles are flamed, that is to say that there are several shades of color on the same handle, which is very appreciated and brings a lot of elegance and refinement.
The shiny brass bolsters go wonderfully well with the horn tip and come to sublimate it.
