Your Laguiole knife is entirely made by the artisanal Laguiole en Aubrac factory.
The blade, the spring, the massive bolsters in brushed stainless steel and the nails are made at the Laguiole en Aubrac forge.

Oak is a hardwood tree and therefore a very resistant material. Thanks to its high tannin content, it resists insects and fungi.
A carrier and ingenious species, oaks are home to a very important biodiversity.
