To magnify the tasting, she needed a cutlery device as close as possible to her culinary creations and her requirements.
The designers Catherine and Bruno Lefebvre: “In creating a knife for Anne-Sophie Pic, we above all sought to give a sign to its specificity.
Harmony and finesse are part of this object. The length of the handle allows the blade to fly over large plates. The handle takes root in the palm of the hand, the fingers direct the blade which slices delicately.”
Duck liver from the Landes, “Rex de Poitou” rabbit and sweetbreads from Velay are popular with Anne-Sophie Pic throughout France and many gourmets around the world.
